Many women in ministry leadership have little or no training for the job. They often feel unskilled in or unprepared for their ministries. Because of personal or family responsibilities as well as time and financial constraints, many women in ministry leadership are unable to seek out formal Bible college or seminary training. If the church is to fulfill Christ's mission, however, women -- usually the majority of a congregation --want and need excellent training to increase their skill and effectiveness in ministry.
