The WomenSchool of Ministry Leadership is designed to put significant training within the reach of most women. Six units of quality instruction are offered on three Saturdays annually over a period of two years -- six Saturdays in all. Classes are taught by seminary and college professors and other experts. To strengthen the learning experience, practical homework assignments augment each session's classroom work under the oversight of a coach. A practicum project helps women apply their classroom learning. Graduating students state that the WSML not only provides training but often changes their lives.
Testimonials I've always been shy. Since attending the school, I've been surprising myself and others by a new boldness to risk in doing more in ministry. Thank you for the putting the school together, but I must tell you I have felt lonely since it was over. I felt a kindred spirit with the women at the school who longed to see women freed to minister. A graduate's husband said, "I've seen my wife visibly grow in her sense of self and self-worth because of the school."
