The WomenSchool of Ministry Leadership is designed to put significant training within the reach of most women. Six units of quality instruction are offered on three Saturdays annually over a period of two years -- six Saturdays in all. Classes are taught by seminary and college professors and other experts. To strengthen the learning experience, practical homework assignments augment each session's classroom work under the oversight of a coach. A practicum project helps women apply their classroom learning. Graduating students state that the WSML not only provides training but often changes their lives.

Testimonials

I was a stay-at-home wife and mother for 25 years when I believed God called me to ministry. I knew I wasn't prepared for the task. Enter the school. At each class I gained new skills I could immediately put into practice and take home to teach my leadership team. My ministry is undoubtedly richer as a result of the tools I added to my toolbox in those two years of training.

I always had the dream of going to seminary, but couldn't because I didn't have a baccalaureate degree. The school helped me fulfill my dream of attending seminary-level classes.

I've always been shy. Since attending the school, I've been surprising myself and others by a new boldness to risk in doing more in ministry.

Thank you for the putting the school together, but I must tell you I have felt lonely since it was over. I felt a kindred spirit with the women at the school who longed to see women freed to minister.

A graduate's husband said, "I've seen my wife visibly grow in her sense of self and self-worth because of the school."
